Regarding COVID-19 Vaccinations:

Unfortunately we will be suspending our vaccination program for COVID-19 at this time.  This includes first, second, and booster doses.

The Middlesex-London Health Unit (www.healthunit.com) will provide you with local resources for appointments.

We have partnered with Pharmacy on Metcalfe IDA in Strathroy to continue to offer COVID vaccination availability to our patients.  Please reach out for their availability at 519-205-1000
